Tips & Tricks to Managing Remote Volunteers

Thanks to technology, more non-profits are able to manage volunteer schedules & logistics easier, but overseeing volunteers at different sites can still be a challenge. Having the proper systems in place will provide volunteer coordinators and staff with the tools they need in order to successfully manage many volunteers in multiple locations.
Presentation: We’ll be discussing the successes and challenges faced in recruiting, coordinating and retaining volunteers at multiple locations across a huge geographic area each and every week. We’ll also talk about how to manage many satellite locations by putting the volunteers in charge!
