Happy New Year!

It’s a brand new year and we are excited that our first meeting for 2018 will be about goal setting!

In many of our organizations, this is a time of year where we are setting goals for

• performance appraisals
• short-term projects
• long-term planning
• goals higher-ups want us to achieve that we aren’t sure how to accomplish

Shade Mokuolu, Vice President of DOVIA-LA and Community Engagement Manager at New Horizons, will lead an inspiring discussion about successful goal setting and advocating – for yourself and for resources to achieve better results for the mission of your organization. We will discuss focused topics you might be working on such as: setting achievable goals and tracking progress, aligning volunteer benefits with the organization’s core needs, developing corporate partnerships, etc.

Come prepared to explore and resource share with other members to achieve our goals this year!
